Our Team
Dr. Erin Riley, DC CACCP
Dr. Erin Riley was born and raised in the foothills of western North Carolina. Since she was 3 years old, she knew her purpose was to help others. She obtained a nursing scholarship and attended UNC Chapel Hill in pursuit of a nursing degree; however, her growing knowledge of the immense intelligence of the human body shifted her sails in the direction of helping people heal naturally. After graduating from UNC, she continued her studies at the largest chiropractic school in the nation, Life University.
Dr. Erin graduated as salutatorian of her class, and after finishing chiropractic school, she served for 1.5 years in one of the largest family practices in the greater Atlanta area. However, the mountains were calling her, and in March of 2019, she began to call Asheville home.
Dr. Erin has a passion for helping individuals overcome health obstacles naturally. She has an immense love for serving pregnant moms, babies, and children. In order to best serve these populations, she has obtained her CACCP, an advanced post-doctorate certification through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association. She is also Advanced Proficient Certified in Torque Release Technique. This type of chiropractic care profoundly changed her own personal health trajectory, and she loves watching it do the same for members of this community.
When she’s not practicing, Dr. Erin enjoys time with her daughter – exploring the mountains, hitting up the local coffee shops, doing puzzles and playing in the garden.
Dr. Lindsay, DC CACCP
Dr. Lindsay was born and raised in southern Connecticut. She has always felt called to help people in some capacity. The goal listed under her high school senior yearbook photo was “to become a holistic medicine doctor.” Her own profound experience with chiropractic called her to this profession. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science at the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT.
Dr. Lindsay obtained her Doctorate at Sherman College of Chiropractic in upstate South Carolina. During her time there, she fell in love with taking care of mothers, babies, and families. Upon graduation in 2019, she was already a Professional Applied Kinesiologist (PAK) and Webster Technique Certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
After graduating, Dr. Lindsay moved back to Connecticut and entered private practice. For several years, she gained extensive experience caring for mothers, children of all ages, and families. She continued her training with the ICPA to obtain her Perinatal Certification. This allowed her to not only give high-quality care during pregnancy, but during the prenatal and postnatal periods as well.
After moving back to Connecticut, Dr. Lindsay couldn’t forget about the time she spent in the South and decided to move back in 2025. She’s always loved the mountains, and her path led her to Western North Carolina.
Dr. Lindsay has a passion for all things alternative and holistic healthcare, with chiropractic being at the forefront. She loves empowering women and families with education so that they may make the best choices regarding their health.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her hiking, out on the water, and exploring new places. She is so grateful to be serving the community of WNC at Temple Chiropractic alongside Dr. Erin.
